How Often Should I Clean My Pool?
We recommend regular weekly service at least once per week, especially in the summer with high usage. As high UV’s degrade the chlorine with high temperatures promote fast algae growth. Some pools are serviced every other week on a case-by-case basis.
How Long Does The Service Take?
Depending on the state of the pool and what is required, a visit will take 20-30 minutes on average, with some stops lasting longer during Arizona's Haboob season. If you'd like to add furniture cleaning, timing can differ greatly depending on the needs of the customer.
Can You Clean A Green Pool?
Yes! We can turn a green pool around extremely quickly.
Do I Need To Be Home During The Service?
No. You don't need to be home during our service. For transparency, you can opt into “on the way” text messages to let you know our next stop is your backyard. Post-service emails are sent after every visit that include photos of the pool, a checklist of tasks completed, water chemistry readings, dosages of chemicals added to the water, and any notes and extra information that you should know.
